♥ Ingredients:
(5 portions)

5 ripe Thai bananas
⅔ cup (112g) rice flour
⅓ cup (55g) bleached all purpose flour
⅛ cup (25g) soy beans
1 tsp glutinous flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp turmeric powder (or a few drops of yellow food coloring)
Canola oil

(Based on a recipe from Vietnamese culinary instructor Toàn Trí Trần)

⅓ cup (55g) bột mì đa dụng
⅛ cup (25g) đậu nành
1 tsp muỗng cà phê bột nếp
½ tsp bột nổi
2 tbsp (30g) đường
tí xíu muối
½ tsp muỗng cà phê vani
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê bột nghệ (hoặc vài giọt màu vàng thực phẩm)
Dầu chiên
